Welcome to Tokenhot! We understand how important privacy is to you and are committed to protecting your personal information. Tokenhot is a platform that provides unified API access and token management and distribution for multiple large models (such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.). When we provide high-concurrency and stable model calling services, we will collect and process some necessary data. This Agreement will explain to you how we collect, use, store and share your information.In order to provide you with standard API calls and billing services, we may collect the following types of information:1.Account registration and identity informationWhen you register for Tokenhot, we will collect your email address and the password you set.
If you choose to log in through a third-party authorization (such as GitHub, Discord, Telegram, LinuxDO, OIDC or WeChat official account), we will collect and record the authorization identification (such as OpenID or username) provided by the third-party platform in order to create and bind a Tokenhot account for you.
We support recharge and quota purchases through online payment gateways (such as EPay, Stripe, Waffo, etc.). When you pay, the specific payment voucher and bill information are collected and processed by the third-party payment gateway. We only record your** recharge amount, redemption code usage record, account quota balance and bill flow** in the system.
Request metadata: In order to achieve accurate token billing, current limiting (such as single IP or user-level request frequency limit) and risk control, we will record your IP address, called model name, request time, consumed prompt (input) Token number and completion (output) Token number and other call logs. **
Content cache data: In order to improve response speed and help you save costs, Tokenhot may enable cache billing support (supports OpenAI, Azure, Claude, Gemini and other models). Under this mechanism, the system may temporarily and safely cache the Prompt (prompt word) you send and the generated response content for a short period of time.
We will collect service running status data (such as error logs, request success rate, etc.) to determine the health of the upstream channel and achieve automatic retry and load balancing.

Service provision and billing accounting: Based on the number of Tokens you consume combined with the system's "model rate" and "group rate", we will provide you with accurate withholding fees and refunds for excess.

Traffic Peak Shaving and Security Risk Control: By recording the request frequency, the gateway layer can achieve current limiting and protection to prevent the API interface from being abused or malicious concurrent requests.

Service Optimization and Distribution: Based on your request characteristics, we will intelligently route and distribute your requests to the most appropriate downstream channels that support OpenAI, Claude or Gemini formats.

Upstream large model provider: In order to generate the text, images or videos you need, your API request content (including prompts, pictures, audio and video files, etc.) will be directly transparently transmitted or converted into formats and sent to third-party upstream model vendors (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Midjourney or major domestic model vendors, etc.). The processing of your data by these vendors will be governed by their respective Terms of Use and Privacy Policies.
4. Your rights and obligations#

Legal Use Compliance: As an API caller, you must abide by the "Terms of Use" of the upstream model manufacturer and applicable local laws and regulations. You shall not use the interface provided by Tokenhot for any illegal or unregistered generative artificial intelligence service purposes.

Token security: The exclusive API Key (access token) you generate in Tokenhot has operation and deduction permissions. Please keep your API Key safe and freely set the token limit, IP whitelist, and model range allowed to be called. You shall be solely responsible for any losses caused by you disclosing your keys.

Account cancellation and data deletion: You have the right to cancel your account or delete the call log by contacting us via email (hi@toktnhot.ai) at any time. After your account is closed, we will anonymize or delete your personal information. 5. Updates to the Privacy Agreement#
We may update this Privacy Agreement from time to time to adapt to business and system changes (such as access to new models or payment channels).
